Shipping, Local Pick-up, & Return Policy
Returns are allowed for store credit within 14 days of receipt of the items. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Items must be free of odors (such as pet and cigarette odors). Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
Shoes should be returned in their original box with another box, paper, or polymailer covering the box in order to protect the shoe box during shipping.
Please note that items found in our "SALE" section are FINAL SALE items, as well as accessories (scarves, jewelry, headbands, and purses) and monogrammed items. Due to hygiene reasons, leggings and any undergarments are also considered final sale.
Please email us at email@example.com to let us know if you are returning any items. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and send you your store credit code.

If you are local to the Bowling Green, Ky area, you can select "local pick-up" as your shipping option. Local pick-up orders are generally ready within 24 hours and are available during regular store hours. You are always welcome to call first to check the status of your pick-up order.
Please do not select the Local Pick-up option if you are not able to come in to the store (i.e. you live in another state). If so, your order will not ship until the shipping cost has been paid.

We strive to ship all orders within 2-4 business days (with many orders being processed within 24 hours).
We ship with USPS. You can select Standard Shipping (2-5 days mail time) or Priority Shipping (1-3 days mail time) at check out. Orders over $50 ship free.
